ANA MEMBERSHIP MADE EASY (No Application Needed)

1. Paying by Pay-Pal is the simplest way to become an ANA Member.

Simply log on to Pay Pal by clicking it’s icon on the top right hand side of the page. Fill up the information. Please write “Membership” on purpose and provide a valid email address (for electronic voting purpose). Pay $15.00 as the membership contribution. Save a copy of your confirmation. You are now an ANA Member.

2. Deposit membership contribution in ANA’s bank account, or mail a certified check or money order.

Simply deposit $ 15.00 membership contribution in ANA’s Bank account (Capital One Bank, Account Name: ANA, routing #: 255071981, Account #: 1360159023). Provide your full name and mailing address Information. Must write “Membership” on deposit receipt or certified check or money order and provide a valid email address for electronic voting propose. Mail the Information and copy of the deposit receipt or certified check or the money order to ANA, 64-25 83rd Street, Middle village , NY 11379 . Save a copy of deposit receipt or certified check or money order. Your membership will be confirmed once funds are cleared. It is that simple.
